Returns
Please note that cosmetic products once sold cannot be returned. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we are unable to accept returns on any cosmetic items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are not applicable once the order has been delivered. We do not offer refunds for any products after they have been shipped and received by the customer.
Late or Missing Refunds

If a refund has been issued and you have not yet received it, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider; it may take time for the refund to reflect

  • Contact your bank, as processing delays may occur

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refunds (if applicable).
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange requests. The video must be continuous, without pauses or edits.
